Meet the Founder
Before launching Sky Lion, Joe helped launch two successful companies, gaining deep expertise in business strategy, product development, and scaling operations. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, project management, and operations, he knows what it takes to bring bold ideas to life.
Joe also served as a U.S. diplomat across Africa and Europe, leading teams of hundreds of employees and managing large-scale operations for the U.S. government. Now, he’s bringing that same strategic leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for games to the world of board game publishing—where storytelling, design, and community come together to create something truly special.
